One colleague for Employment Denmark and one colleague for Employment Sweden. Both positions will be at our premises in Copenhagen.

We are growing rapidly, and we need two new colleagues to help us deliver outstanding service to our consultants as they navigate the contractor lifecycle and professional client management to our customers and agencies.
Since 1999, we have assisted international companies from all over the world do business in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and most recently the US. We assist our customers with the posting of foreign specialists, temporary employment in Denmark, Sweden and US, and finally we offer extensive services in payroll administration. Our services are based on our expertise and knowledge of national and international regulations as well as solid long-term relationships with our Danish and foreign partners.
The Employment teams consists of a diverse group of professionals, who strive to deliver the best possible service to all our clients. We are organized into smaller groups according to industries. The new positions refer togeher with the rest of the department to the Head of Employment DK or Head of Employment Sweden.
The job:
Your initial position as Onboarding Coordination means working as a trainee and Client Support Coordinator on your team. After six to 12 months, your training will lead to a position as Onboarding Specialist, where you will act as the primary contact person for your own portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring the onboarding and continued welfare of our contractors, as well as advising on processes and local legislation to our partners. You will be working closely with other team members to ensure that tax registration, work permits, payroll, etc. is managed on behalf of the consultant to allow them focus on their assignment. The majority of the correspondence is in English.

Your educational background can be in different fields. However, in the position we expect that you
We prefer if you have experience from a similar position, such as banking, HR, the financial sector, or the consulting industry, where you regularly interacted with Danish and/or international customers. You may not have all the skills required, but we make sure that you are properly trained and onboarded in the organization.
Finally, it is important to us that you actively contribute to the team spirit with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude, and that you thrive in a busy international environment.
