We are now looking for an ambitious VP of Sales to join our team in Copenhagen.

As our new colleague you should be passionate about data and IT-solutions and have flair for understanding our client's business and needs. You are ambitious and hungry for success and like to head up the sales team for directing it to meet and exceed goals. Being an active part of the sales team, you are motivated by approaching customers and potential leads, producing quotes and to negotiate contracts. There are 4 sales peoples and 1 marketing in your team.

Your job and Key responsibilities

- To develop the sales- and team culture in our organisation
- Motivate the sales- and marketing team to achieve their goals
- Successfully achieve own sales goals 
- Organize and maintain sales operations
- Manage sales and marketing budget
- Monitor market and competitor activity
- Improve customer satisfaction by anticipating consumer needs
- Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans
- Manage detailed sales expectations and plan accordingly

 

Your profile
As we work with data every day, it is important that you share our passion for data and IT-solutions. You are result driven, used to achieve own sales goals and have strong leadership skills - and you know how to use them! You lead the way with focus on goals, structured approach and good sales intuition. You speak and write English fluently and ideally one Nordic language. You like to travel 4-6 days per month.

 

Who are you?
You might work in a software company within CRM/SaaS/Cloud based solutions with management responsibility. A business degree would be ideally but not needed - as long as high personal and social skills are in place. You are ready to join a dynamic company with team spirit, focus and room for diversity.
